Tips for moving your screenplay text between Final Draft and Obsidian.

Obsidian → Final Draft

Simply copy paste and FD will format it properly.

Final Draft → Obsidian

Go to Tools → Reports → Script Report and use these settings to transform the script into Fountain syntax. Then, copy the contents of the script report and paste into Obsidian.
